These terms apply to the Everfixed Studios website and, where applicable, supplement the terms provided through an app store or inside a product. Each product also has product-specific terms addressing its operation and risks. By using the site, you agree to these website terms.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful informational and support purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or reuse its content in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation.
Product availability
Descriptions of products in development, planned pricing, release timing, and functionality may change before release. A product is available only when it appears through an official store or distribution channel identified by Everfixed Studios.
Your content
You retain ownership of the images, text, photographs, records, and other content you use with Everfixed Studios products. You are responsible for having the right to use and share that content.
Local-first products
Local-first products may process or store information only on your device. Local storage, clipboard contents, temporary restore features, and app-managed records are not substitutes for independent backups. You are responsible for protecting original files and creating appropriate backups before deleting an app, replacing a device, restoring different data, or relying on an exported result.
Third-party services
Microsoft, Apple, email providers, hosting providers, and other third parties operate under their own terms and policies. Everfixed Studios is not responsible for services it does not control.
Intellectual property
Everfixed Studios, LeanPaste, Pieced & Kept, associated artwork, product designs, website content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, publish, redistribute, resell, sublicense, bypass licensing controls, reverse engineer except where applicable law expressly permits it, or create misleading derivative branding.
Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this website is provided as is and as available, without warranties not expressly stated. Everfixed Studios is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused by reliance on website information. Product results can vary by content, settings, device, operating-system version, and destination application. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
