The short version
Pieced & Kept stores your working archive inside the app's private local storage. Everfixed Studios does not operate an account system or cloud archive for the product and does not receive your quilt records or selected photographs.
Information you choose to store
A record can contain photographs, names, recipients, stories, locations, dates, dimensions, pattern and collaborator credits, materials, costs, care notes, and lifetime-history events. That content remains in the local archive unless you deliberately export or share it through a system interface.
Photos, Files, printing, and sharing
The app uses Apple's system pickers when you choose a photo or file. Pieced & Kept creates fabric-label PDFs, archival-record PDFs, and backup archives only when you ask. It then opens the system share, print, or file interface so you decide the destination. Files sent to another app, cloud drive, printer, email service, or person are handled under that recipient's policies and controls.
Portable backups
Exported backup files can contain the text and photographs in your archive. Protect them as you would the original family material. Everfixed Studios cannot recover a deleted archive because it does not hold a server copy.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store acquisition, payment, purchase restoration, and entitlement information under Apple's policies. Everfixed Studios does not receive your payment-card details. The app stores only the limited local entitlement state needed to remember and verify a Founding Edition unlock.
Analytics, advertising, and diagnostics
Pieced & Kept contains no advertising SDK and no Everfixed behavioral-analytics or quilt-content telemetry. Apple may process store, device, and diagnostic information according to your Apple settings and Apple's privacy policy.
Deletion and retention
Delete individual records inside the app when you no longer want them. Deleting the app removes its working local archive from that device, subject to Apple's platform behavior. Files you previously exported remain wherever you placed them until you delete them there.
